For adults interested in self care through nature connection....Are you or someone you know looking for something to get you out of your head and more connected with nature and the world around you? Connection to plants and others in the garden can help decrease anxiety, loneliness, and agitation. Learn some simple grounding techniques while working hands on with plants and soil.  This 4 week course starts on 8/12 and  will be lead by Amy Lopez from Bloom Where Planted.
